I’m looking for a new roommate for a private room (master room with en-suite bathroom + large walk-in closet) in my BA apartment.

- Location:
East Hollywood (Thai town, Little Armenia) min🚗 to Hollywood, Los Feliz, K-town, Silverlake, Echo park

- Rent: $
- Utilities: Around $ per peson (water, wastewater, sewer, electricity, gas, internet)

Tandem parking, laundry room in the building.

The room can be furnished with an air bed, desk and chair, desk lamp, and floor lamp.

Basically I work from home, like having a quiet and peaceful life, do not like party/drug, and love keeping my apartment very clean.

I prefer someone who:
- ideally doesn’t fully remotely work from home,
- pays rent and utilities on time,
- keeps the place clean and tidy.

Other important things:
- No couple
- No pets
- No party
- No drugs
- No smoking

The room is reay to move in, but you need to submit your ID and other requested documents to the leasing office before.
