I'm leaving Ball State and looking to rent out my room.
It's a two-bedroom apartment with one other roommate (Female). It is a ground floor apartment on Wayne St. just a few blocks from campus (2 min. drive/ min. walk). Room would come with a full-size bed, cubbies, desk and lots of closet space. Shared kitchen, bathroom, living room, and outdoor patio/deck area. Kitchen equipped with a stove, microwave and dishwasher. Washer and dryer in the building (not in the unit).

Apartment is nonsmoking, roommate does have two cats.

Security deposit has been made, rent is $/mo. + electric, everything else is included. Lease expires July
