Hi there! One of our roommates is moving out at the end of October, so we’re looking for someone to join our 3-person household in the heart of Denver’s Highland neighborhood.

We’re two hardworking professionals who mostly work from home and enjoy a friendly, respectful, and clean living space. We're looking for someone mature, professional, and easygoing to be part of our home.

Rent: $/month (utilities not included)

Deposit: $

Background check required

1-year lease agreement required

Location: Basement level of the house

Fits a Queen bed comfortably

Bathroom: Shared with one male roommate

Parking: Street parking available

Furnishings: Entire house is fully furnished (room is unfurnished)

Storage: Extra closet space in the laundry room + designated space in the garage

Backyard: Spacious backyard with a garden (shared responsibility for upkeep)

Cleaning: We share responsibilities for cleaning common areas and outdoor spaces

Me:
I'm in my s, female, and work from home most of the time. I’m an early riser, usually up and active in the mornings, but I go to bed early and always respect others' need for quiet. I go to the gym Monday–Friday, love biking, tubing, and going to church on Sundays.

Ethan:
Ethan is a professional pianist who comes and goes depending on his gigs. He enjoys video games, relaxing at home, and spending time with his cat, Ivory (who also lives here!).
