Cluttered person, but I hate dirt and bugs
I have dependable income and am a professional in multiple fields.
I don't smoke and rarely drink- neither bother me as long as no one is getting hurt
I have a lot of books and board games and like entertaining
I want to meet and get to know someone here over a few months before i make any decisions.
My current lease expires in January unless I get somone to buy it out
Looking for:
Washer and dryer in unit (or in unit hookups - not compromisible)
No carpet or at least a few areas that can be closed off that are uncarpeted
Must love cats and not have a dog
No cigarette smoking inside
Parties only on Friday or Saturday nights
An extra room or area that can work as an art studio (i don't mind sharing supplies and doing art together)
I can cover some expenses for a roommate that can get me to and from McChord Air Force Base Monday- Friday. I can cover even more if I can share a car. I might be able to get insurance payments down if I add my name

I'm friendly and like board games, but have NO interest in anything romantic. looking for a bedroom and a living/studios space area. I prefer hard floors. I have a ferret. I'm neurodivergant messy cluttered not ew crusty food and dirt messy (Although i seem to have crumb blindness in the kitchen?). I will burn the place down if I ever see a cockroach and I almost always deep clean when I have the spoons (or am angry lol)
