November ‘ (price negotiable)

In November I’ll be moving into this house in the old part of Greenwood. Looking for someone to split costs with. Price is negotiable for the right person. I have a very friendly golden retriever. He gets along with other people/dogs/cats. I will probably adopt a cat too. Just putting that out there in case you have allergies, this probably isn’t the place for you. Possible garage parking, washer and dryer in the basement. Fireplace in the living room for the winter time, a deck out back with a nice garden, covered porch in front. I work nights, and I’m fairly nocturnal as a result. I’m a musician as a hobby, but I can have headphones on, so I won’t make too much noise when you’re sleeping. a pretty deep sleeper, so you probably won’t wake me up short of playing the drums in the house, but if you have drums, there’s plenty of garage space out there. Other than that, I play video games, read a lot, I’m into plants both indoors and out, I also keep a couple aquariums that are relaxing to watch. I like to keep the place around seventy degrees most of the year. I like to keep a tidy home, but I’m horrible about dusting and little things like that. I’m trying to do better. Would be cool to get someone else who’s into making art and music, but that’s not a prerequisite. I have another friend staying with me for a few months until he moves into his new place. He mostly keeps to himself in his room. There are three bedrooms but only one bathroom. Walking distance to the library, parks, local restaurants & bars, an ice cream shop, the mall, banks, churches, tattoo parlors, a psychic, music lessons, the farmer’s market and more, all in a twenty .
