Centrally located for easy access to major interstates. About for miles and your on beach & heart of the Ave. Currently in 1 bedroom looking to move to 2 bedroom to save money. Would consider a 2 bedroom town home or 3rd Bedroom just for more space ONLY, however that would increase forecasted posted rent. Gated community with keyless entry. 2 pools, clubhouse.hammock station, gym, food trucks weekly, Amazon hub, RENOVATED UNIT w/ Own bathroom. I have furniture & just about everything else except your bedroom furniture. I have no problem discarding some of my furniture so you can feel more At home with your touches. Utility will be split, your portion is estimated in description. Please note I do dog sit for parents a well trained dog lap dog a few weeks out of the year. Deposit/Move In fee maybe lower & is based on credit from leasing office .
