Two basement bedrooms for rent

Description

I have two furnished bedrooms in my basement I am looking to rent out. Both rooms come with access to additional living space/efficiency kitchen, access to upstairs full kitchen and patio/backyard. Street parking in quiet neighborhood.

Bedroom 1 (in blue, pics ) is totally private and includes private bathroom w/shower. Asking $ a month

Bedroom 2 (in tan, pics ) is semi-private with bathroom on suite. Other tenant and I will need access to laundry on agreed schedule. Asking $ a month.

Definitely open to someone wanting to rent whole basement. In general prefer mo lease.

Prefer no pets as I have a cat but open to conversation. I work from home and prefer a quieter house. here, LGBTQ friendly.
