My year old senior at Elliot high school and myself are searching for a room to rent. We can share if we have to. The most important thing is that there be a inside and outside. That's about it. We're not picky, we are generally clean and organized. We are still guys so clean and organized Most of the time. I have a strong background in construction and tend to fix things around the house.
