Hello, I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at E Green Street in Champaign for Spring . The apartment is fully furnished, and you’ll have your own personal bedroom with a big window, along with a balcony facing north toward Green Street. You’ll be living with three great roommates (all guys), and maintenance is included in the rent. The building has a fully renovated gym and an 8th-floor rooftop pool deck with grills, making it a great place to relax or host friends. I am subleasing it for $/month, which is about $ off the original price per month. The floor plan is a bath (A layout).
