Looking for a sublease at Evolve Bloomington (Spring/Summer )

Hi everyone! I’m going abroad next semester and looking for someone to take over my lease for one bedroom + one private bathroom in a bath terrace apartment at Evolve for the second semester. (Room B)

- Rent is $/month — I’ll cover $ a month & willing to negotiate.
- I have an uncovered parking spot for $ a month — I’ll also cover this for the whole second semester!
- Fully furnished, great amenities (pool, gym, tanning beds, pickle ball courts).

Two of my roommates are also looking for subleases, so if you have a group of friends interested in multiple rooms this could be perfect! (Rooms C and D) Message me if you’re interested or want more details!
