Bedroom for rent

Description

Looking to rent out one room in my bath house with a laundry room. The room does have a queen size bed, nightstand, and dresser. There is a nice size fenced in yard with a patio and bar set up. I do have 2 sweet pups who get along with dog but not cats. I have a chemical sensitivity, which means I can not be around harsh chemicals such as perfumes or cologne, room sprays like fabreeze and bleach. Needs to be natural if using anything. Thanks!
