Looking For A Nice Private Room!

Hi, my name is Federico. I’m a -year-old Italian citizen on a working , currently working as a Fine Dining Server. I’m looking for a private room in a clean and well-kept home between West Palm Beach and Delray Beach (Lake Worth, Boynton, etc.).

My ideal budget is around $, but I’m willing to go up to $ if the room is very nice and worth it. A private bathroom would be a big plus. I’d also prefer something close to I- (or alternatively the Turnpike) for convenience since I work in Boca and often go to West Palm.

Move-in date: end of October.

A little about me: I’m clean, organized, quiet, and respectful — I mostly use my space to rest after work and keep to myself, but I’m also friendly and easy to live with. I’m a musician (singer-songwriter, piano & guitar), I go to the gym regularly, and I enjoy spending time at the beach on my days off.

I also have a partner who may occasionally visit and rarely stay the night. He’s very polite, respectful, and clean, so it would never cause any issues in the home. We never bother anyone, always keep to ourselves and stay quiet.

Ideally, I’d love to live with people around my age, but honestly, as long as you’re a good person, kind and respectful, age doesn’t matter at all — I’m open to anything!
