The House is conveniently located close to North Blackstone Avenue which includes shops like Smart and Final, Walgreens, Family Dollar and restaurants like Starbucks, Jack in the box, taco bell etc. Just 5 Mins drive to the Historic Tower District with ample Restaurants, Bars, Theaters and Coffee stores. Walking distance to the Fresno City college makes it the perfect location for students or working professionals.

The available date is Sept . Rent amount is $ for utilities which includes Bi-weekly house cleaning, Wi-Fi, electricity, gas, water, paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies. A security deposit of $ is required upon move-in and will be returned at the end of the lease term provided there is no damage to the property.

The room is partially furnished and includes a comfortable bed, closet, and access to high-speed Wi-Fi. The room is also air-conditioned and comes with a ceiling fan to keep you cool during hot summer days.

As a tenant in the house, you will have access to all common areas such as the living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. We have a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils for your cooking needs. We also have a beautiful backyard with a barbecue grill, perfect for hosting outdoor gatherings.

What I am looking for:
