This is a recently renovated & very clean apartment in an area that is situated close to the airport, beaches, and popular areas - El Segundo, Culver City, Marina Del Rey. There is a metro rail station which is ~ mins walk from the apartment.
Other bedroom with its own private bathroom is occupied by a working professional who goes to office 5 days a week. I lived with the current flatmate for the last two years. He is super clean and organized.
