You are looking for a furnished place to live and you want considerate roommates. You want the house to be REALLY nice, clean and quiet and you don’t want to deal with drama. You want to be able to call the house your home for a while.
 
 We have the place for you. The entire place is fully furnished: 2 giant leather sofas with recliners, person dining room table and chairs, barstools, and the kitchen is fully furnished too (pots, pans, cookware, silverware, plates, bowls, glasses, EVERYTHING…just move in). There is an enormous balcony () right off the dining room with a nice table and chairs, outdoor couch and loveseat, Bar-B-Q grill, hammock and a stunning, peaceful view. The house itself has hardwood floors with carpet in the living room and bedrooms. Your bedroom is fully furnished too: queen bed, expensive mattress, bed sheets, blankets, comforter, towels, TV, desk (work from home!) closet, and nice wall decorations. (see pictures).
 
 You have just one bill: $ per month. This includes not just utilities, but also: washer, dryer, fridge, microwave, air-fryer and all utilities and of course high-speed internet. Plus, you have your designated parking space. If you do the math, this is a good value!!
 
More about your new roommates: We are working professionals, so we get up and go to work in the morning. Consequently, we need it to be quiet in the evenings during the week. We are very active and spend a lot of time outside the house. If this sounds like something that would fit your lifestyle, we look forward to meeting you.
 
Available immediately: $ deposit (this can be split over 2 months if necessary)
