Room to rent!

Hi, My name’s Samantha, I’m , a full-time UCF online student, and I also work full time. I’m looking for a female roommate () who’s willing to join me in the last 5 months of my lease.

Details:
- Move-in needs to be before the end of this month (so you’re set for October’s rent).
- Rent is $/month, all-inclusive.
- Pets are welcome (cats & dogs) — just a pet deposit + monthly pet rent.
- Super modern apartment complex with tons of great amenities (perfect if you like pool days, fitness centers, or just living somewhere nice).
- Since it’s a mid-lease takeover, management will need proof of income (paystubs), decent credit, and no past evictions/bankruptcies.
- Washer and dryer in unit, and parking is first come first serve.
