Private Room with Private Bathroom

Hi! I am seeking a mature student or professional female roommate between the ages of to share a comfortable peaceful living space. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with two greenbelts. Right off of the minutes from the airport. There are a lot of restaurants and some shopping nearby. I have a goldendoodle that I have about half of the week. The common areas are fully furnished, have plenty of kitchen ware, and washer and dryer are inside the house. There is uncovered parking available. Communication is key regarding any updates, events or small gatherings. Ideally, you:

- do not work remotely (someone who works outside the home)
- are quiet and respectful of shared space
- keep things clean and tidy
- prefer a calm environment - overnight guests are not welcome
