Private Room and Bathroom

Hello! Me and my husband have a bathroom home here in Vacaville 6 miles from TAFB and in the middle of the city close to all the shopping centers. We are possibly looking to rent out one of the rooms in our home to a responsible person. You do not need to be military but are welcome if you are as well. We are renting out one of the bedrooms with a private bathroom as shown in the photos for $ with a security deposit of $. We are also open to renting out the master bedroom which is bigger, has a nicer bathroom, walk in closet, mounted TV as well but this would be $. The prices include all bills. No specific timeframe just when we find the right person. No smoking in the house, what you do outside is none of my business. We have a chubby small dog and she roams throughout the day, if you dont like pets this probably wont be the room for you but we can always discuss how to accommodate you if you are just uncomfortable with certain things.
