I'm currently seeking a roommate in a large one bedroom condominium in St. PETERSBURG, by Gandy Bridge,that I bought years ago, and it's a truly safe community with pool, laundry, tennis courts, and walking trails, surrounded by a gorgeous lake!
I would prefer a female, maybe and up or a gay male, as I have many gay friends! I do not have a private room.However, something could be worked out.I'm looking for someone without pets, as, i have a cat and a 🐕. No partiers, please been there,done that!
