Roommate wanted!!!

Hey y'all,

I have a room available for rent on the West side of Chicago in the Austin neighborhood and am looking for a roommate. It's a bath right across the street from an elementary school with a bus stop nearly right outside the front door that takes you to both the green line and the blue line. Rent is $/month and utilities (electric, gas, and internet) would run about $/month. There's already a cat here so I would prefer if he was the only cat. and LGBTQIA+ friendly.

About me:

I'm a year old (she, her) hairdresser of years. I don't drink so I don't really go out too much except for work and when I'm out of town with my fiance. I am clean, respectful, and very communicative.

About you:

Preferably, also somewhere in your late s to early s who is respectful of my sobriety. I would prefer not to have too many overnight guests (no strange please). Gainfully employed with proof of income!!
