Room for rent in Eastman, Ga

Room for rent in a 5 bedroom home in Eastman. About an hour and min south of Macon. Currently rented, our roommate is planning on leaving Sept 1. Room will be available as soon as she leaves. Female only please. We are a husband and wife with 4 children ages . Rent is $/mo, all utilities included (water, sewer, power, high speed wifi and garbage) There is no dishwasher, so hand-wash only. Plenty of parking, large grassy yard (we maintain) and fire pit in back. Roommate will share family laundry room, and also will share a hallway bathroom with my wife and I. The children do not use our bathroom and we keep our bathroom clean and organized. I am a musician and have a home studio. Roommate is welcome to use the home studio if they wish. We are friendly, and alcohol use is ok in moderation. Our current roommate is like part of the fanily, and she eats with us and we party together/chill. We would love to also be close to our next roommate if possible. My wife and I cook most of our meals so you are welcome to eat your meals with us. We also love to paint, and play a lot of xbox. Roommate will be responsible for a $ move-in fee as a deposit. Roommate is welcome to have female friends over, and overnight. THERE WILL BE NO MEN allowed as visitors or overnight.
