Room in E Palmdale for $ a month. Everything else is paid besides the AC, if the AC is above $, the expense will be split evenly between all 4 tenants. There’s four roomies including me, and finally we have two pets here and each take turns getting living room time. 1 bathroom shared with two other women. Lease until May when terms will be revisited and/or renewed. Items will be removed before tenant arrival. Queen bed for size reference. Can contact me on for more info.
