I’ve been living here with my brother for 4 years, but he is moving, and I am looking for someone to take his spot. While I live in a one bedroom, the living room is where I sleep - I’ve turned it into my own bedroom. The *real* bedroom, is what I am renting out. My month to month rate is about $, which would be $st of each month. You’d get a room (semi furnished, desk and mattress available), a covered parking spot, and access to amenities such as the gym, laundry, & the Amazon locker room. I’m a sweet, quiet, friendly year old male looking for someone who’s easy to live with, physically and emotionally safe to be around, on time with rent, and someone who doesn’t mind my furry cat friend living with us!
