Looking for housing in Dec/Jan

Hey everyone, I am a young professional working as a home stager for Real Estate. I work Monday-Friday, full time, and then sometimes on weekends. I am a very peaceful roommate, clean, respectful, not a big one for parties. My lifestyle is more focused around travel, being in the outdoors whether it be hiking, surfing, snowboarding or whatever, and then will sometimes hit a music festival. I don’t smoke or use drugs of any sort, and spend a good amount of time at the gym. At home: I will cook a few times a week and clean up immediately after myself, my girlfriend lives in Arizona and typically visits me once a month on weekends, I also go visit her on the same frequency on weekends. I tend to relax mostly by reading, playing video games, or watching tv, always down for game nights though. My biggest thing is having mutual respect, clear communication, and having a sanctuary to come home to. I don’t have any pets currently but am a big animal lover if you have any.
