Hi! My roommates and I are looking for someone to fill a private room in our townhouse in Ashburn, Va starting October

The room is sunny and spacious, and you’d have your own private bathroom on the ground floor (which will be exclusively yours). We have in-unit laundry, street parking.

The location is super convenient—about a minute drive to Metro, grocery options in Leesburg and Sterling, library, and lots of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. It’s a quiet neighborhood and walkable to Harris Teeter, gas station and other restaurants in the plaza.

About us: We’re clean, friendly, and pretty laid-back—we like to keep common areas tidy, chat when we’re around, but also respect each other’s space. We're looking for another roommate who’s considerate and a good fit.
