Looking for a Room – Irvine or South of the intersection. | Move-in Late November

Hey! I’m looking for a private room in a shared home starting around late November. I’m okay with sharing a bathroom, and my budget is around $/month (not including utilities).

A little about me: I work as an Amazon delivery driver and my schedule is Tuesday through Saturday. I’m pretty quiet and introverted day-to-day, but I’m friendly and easy to talk to when I’ve got the energy. I like keeping things clean and chill at home, and I’m hoping to live with others who are also respectful, clean in shared spaces, and LGBTQ+ friendly. Ideally looking for housemates around or younger.

I’m open to pets and should mention that I have a pet snake who stays in a secure enclosure in my room.
