Unit amenities:
- In unit washer/dryer
- Kitchen
- Fully furnished with a TV
- Utilities and wifi included, electricity is at a $ cap (on average, $/mo in the winter, $0/mo in the summer)

Community amenities:
- Patio with grills and fire pits across from the unit
- hour study room (with pcs and free printing) and gym (both a few doors down from this unit)
- Parking available inside building and around on the street for additional costs
