Looking for a roommate to share my fully furnished Shotgun in a beautiful block off Carrollton and the Streetcar. My last roommate was a Chef and we never had a problem with him walking through my bedroom to get to the bathroom. He and l both were very laid back and not once did we have an argument in over 4 years .The apartment is furnished down to toilet paper and nice shampoo, and l will continue to supply all household items. I also provide all utilities, including Entergy, water, garbage and wi-fi. Amenities include Direct TV w/Sports package, off street parking, dishwasher, gas oven. In house washer and dryer,outdoor storage and private pool. All the other tenants are professionals and we have been here for years, and we’re not leaving! We are on a beautiful quiet street, and our Uptown area is very safe. I feel very, very lucky to be living in such a special place. Come visit and see if this might be a good fit for you.
