Moving to Richmond, roommate needed

Fiance and I are planning to move to Richmond in the next month or so. We're looking to get a two bedroom apartment and interested in New Manchester Flats, though open to considering other locations. We do not yet have the lease, we'll all sign the lease once we settle on a place. We're clean people with a total of cat named Coco who loves attention and will roam the living room and any area with an open door, as well as three parakeets that will stay in our room away from him. We dont go out much or have guests over though we are fine with you having guests so long as they're respectful of the space. We will cover half the rent and utilities, you'll be expected to cover the other half. I like to cook and tend to cook enough for a small family and dont mind sharing, though you're certainly welcome to cook for yourself.
