Looking for a sublet

Hello, i am looking for someone to relet my apartment. I've had some financial struggles and realise I simply can not afford to live in Tallahassee as also for things back home. It's a room in a modern double apartment at Legacy Student Living. It is a short walk from campus, joint living room full kitchen washer dryer, fridge, oven, personal bathroom, large closet, queen bed, desk, dresser, ground floor. Mail boxes directly in front of door, parking garage, pool, gym, business office. Rent is /mo plus utilities. There is also a roommate already there, but he's chill. Legacy would have you sign a lease in place of mine. I would be for transfer costs. Please message me if interested, this is a lively place i just got delt a bad hand this year.
