UVic PhD Student Looking for Rental

Hello! My name is Franklin Willian Meneses das Chagas, and I am a Brazilian PhD. student in chemistry. I will be in Victoria from September , until March , as a Visiting Graduate Research Student at UVic.
I am respectful, polite, quiet, and very organized. I don't smoke, I like keeping my live space tidy, and I value a calm, positive atmosphere at home.
In terms of lifestyle, I will be focused on my academic research at UVic and expect to spend most weekdays working (likely pm). In my free time, I enjoy puzzles, reading, running, and board games.
I am looking for a clean and welcoming place to rent for months, either a roon in a shared home or a small studio. My priorities are a peaceful environment, respectful housemates, and a space where I can both rest and have harmony with my roomies.
