Laundry on premises.The other available room is a smaller room, but also a good size & great closet space, with a shared (with 1 other person) bath, just a few steps away from the bedroom door. for $ a month. All utilities including wi-fi are split equally between housemates. Parking: 2 spots under covered carport, on st serve basis. Good street parking & no parking restrictions.
