Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease starting January (February is also an option if needed).

In-unit washer and dryer
You’ll be living with my current roommate – they’re clean, respectful, and easy to get along with!
Rent: $/month (includes everything except electricity) (in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, pool, dog park, basketball court,ect.)

Electric averages around $/month
Located at Yugo Campus Court on Red Mile Rd

I’m going abroad for the semester, so just need someone to take my spot while I’m away.
