Serious, clean and long term?

Hi, my name is David. I am a -year old professional. I am looking for a room to rent in Vancouver. My budget is CAD max and I would like to move soon as possible. I'd prefer somewhere where is clean and sort of tidy place and at least 2 bathrooms/washrooms in house. Furnished or unfurnished is fine as long as it's a clean and tidy place.
Only max i can afford please no more than that as I'm new to area and would be able to stay for long term if things are going great.
