I am looking for someone to take over my private bedroom in a bath single family home. Currently two of my friends, year old males professionals live in this spacious house with a large backyard. This private room has a built In closet and shares a bathroom with one of the current tenants. The house comes with a washer and dryer free to use, stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and a gas stove. There is plenty of storage space in the garage and a few hall closets for jackets and linens. The living room has AC and the house comes fully furnished as shown in the pictures (except for the bedroom). The house is already set up and is hassle free!

Renting this room is only $ a month with an average utility cost of $ a month including gas, electricity, water and wifi. This is some of the cheapest rent around and in a safe neighborhood located off of Lawrence Expressway/San Thomas Expressway and El Camino Real. Just minutes away from popular Apple, , Amazon and Nvidia offices and a minute walk to the Lawrence Expressway Caltrain.

Ideal lease period is Oct through the end of February .
