Home is in a perfect location close to Knott’s Berry Farm, Cal State Fullerton, Biola University, Brea Mall, Downtown Fullerton, Costco, and other shopping, entertainment and dining areas. Very quiet and friendly cul de sac street. More pics of the home will be added.

Asking $ per month but open to negotiation. Utilities (internet, trash, water, gas, electricity) are included. Driveway parking is available.

Room will have a shared bathroom with another female so another female occupant is preferred.

Owner is male with own bathroom and bedroom on the other side of the home. All common areas, including the kitchen, are accessible. Laundry is located in the garage.

Both residents work full time professional jobs and are out of the house often. When home, we usually do our own thing but are easy going, pretty chill to hang and talk to.
