• Home Features: 2-bedroom duplex with street parking and garage storage available. Private backyard gate entrance or front entry with Ring camera security.
• Shared Amenities: In-house laundry and full kitchen access.
• Utilities: Internet, electricity, gas, and gardener not included in rent.
• House Rules:
• Preferably seeking a female tenant with a busy work schedule
• No smoking or heavy drinking
• No additional pets (I already have a small, friendly, and quiet dog, so you must love dogs!)

The house has a cozy boho-chic vibe, is fully furnished and decorated (I love plants 🌿), and even has a cute fireplace in the living room. I also like to decorate for the holidays, so the space feels warm and welcoming year-round.

I keep things tidy and organized. I have a full vanity in my room, so I don’t use the bathroom to get ready in the mornings, and I’d prefer a roommate who also keeps the shared space clean and uses their room for getting ready when possible.
