Student seeking room near ULaval

Hello, my name is Eloah, I am Brazilian and in October I will begin my PhD at Université Laval. I am looking for a furnished room in a safe and quiet environment, preferably close to the university or with easy access by public transportation.

I will arrive on October and plan to stay until the end of January, with the possibility of extending until June . I need a comfortable place with good internet, ideal for studying, and I value respectful and calm housemates.
