Looking for someone to take over my lease at Brandywine Apartments from November , to August , with a renewal option, (we are flexible for mid October moving).

Convenient location— min walking and 5 min drive distance to UMass campus, 1 min walk to bus stop and 2 min walk to bus stop

Monthly Rent: $ (utilities included except electricity and Wi-Fi)

The maximum number of occupants is four.
