The house also sits across from multiple nature trails and a -acre wildlife sanctuary. Utilities are split evenly, in-unit washer/dryer is also included for free. Parking is super easy; we have a driveway and street parking is unzoned (free and easy!). No pets or couples at this time, please.

More Info: One is a law student at Georgetown, originally from Durham, CT, with an undergraduate degree from Tulane University and enjoys golfing, fishing, cooking, and is always up for trying a new restaurant or bar, or enjoying a night in watching sports or playing cards. Another is currently a grad student at Marymount University studying forensic and legal psychology after recently graduating from Syracuse and enjoys hiking, kayaking, working out, cooking, baking, movies, and music, and is quieter, organized, and usually brewing coffee first thing in the morning.
