Relaxing patio with TV outside and neighborhood Walmart, Walgreens and Pizza Hut across the street. Would consider renting 1 room only with private bath and converting second bedroom into an office for that roommate for $ a month.

Looking for female roommates preferred, business professionals and students will be considered that are actively employed. Credit reports not required but rental references are requested. -month rental minimum. Deposit negotiable. No pets allowed.

No household restrictions. Here's the kicker- totally open kitchen and refrigerator and meals provided as I cook healthy meals most every night including salads. You provide water, soft drinks and alcohol I provide stuff for lunch. This alone could save you $ or more a month.
