Lease takeover

Lease takeover (lease goes until May ).

I’m moving to be closer to work but will definitely miss living here.

Rent would be $ per month. Internet and cable included. Energy and water are billed separately from rent. Everything furnished except bedroom.

You’d be sharing a bath third floor apartment with my current roommate (Bree Johnson) at the Reserve at Forest Hills. Cats live in the home, so no more pets. Inclusive and accepting household 🙂
