Hello my name is Alex and I'm renting a room for a responsible individual who is dependable and with an honest job preferably nurses or military but not set in stone. The house is a three bedroom and 2 bath in which you'll be staying the closer to bedroom. There is another tenant super nice, utilities will be included washer and dryer available with some restrictions. The house sets on a nice cayon with views for yoh to enjoy at times. Please no couples only singles please. Another plus is that the house is close to HWYS the mns to downtown and maybe to the beaches close to everything you want to be at.
