I’m a responsible, low-key tenant employed with MGM for almost 3 years. I work nights, so I need a quiet and private space (no roommates). Non-smoker, no pets, no children, and I keep to myself with one car. I have no evictions or utility balances owed, can pass a background check, and will provide renter’s insurance. I’m currently repairing credit, so I may not pass a traditional check but can offer a higher deposit and references.
