Respectful, clean, no pets/drugs

Description

Looking for a small room
I need:
- enough fridge and freezer space for me to put food in
- a place to put my electric bike near an outlet (I can use an extension cord if needed)
- be able to have guests over in the morning and evenings
- be centrally located in Portland and not too far on the outskirts (e.g. I dont want to be in Gresham, or if in Gresham, I want to be near a highway)

Would be nice (please meet at least 1 of the following requirements):
- dishwasher
- laundry (in unit, without coin , is best)
- rent under $, including average utility cost and other fees (but can do up to $)
- furnished room including a full size or larger bed (twin is too small), not a loft bed (needs to be accessible from the ground)
- access to a garden

Not required at all but just extra bonuses:
- fewer stairs is better
- a shorter route into my room from the outside of the house is better
- free parking for at least 1 car (including street parking) during the day only
- electric stove rather than gas

I am:
- I make at least 5x whatever rent you have posted, but it is important for me to save money for retirement or to be financially stable earlier in life

- I am easygoing and open-minded. If you have a unique or challenging situation, I can navigate it

- I currently don't have a lot of friends, so I'm super open to being friends. But also we don't have to be at all. I'm % open either way.

- I am eco-conscious and politially-conscious, especially of the people around me. For example, if you lean either way on the political spectrum, I will be accepting/respectful of your perspectives. If you are extra eco-conscious, I will step it up and match where you're at (e.g. if you live in a vegan household, I will not bring animal products in). My goal is to make everyone comfortable.
