If anyone looking to move by October 1st timeframe or before and willing to share a beautiful furnished with a pvt patio, washer/dryer and a community pool hit me up please.
Located on Oakland park E right by NE 6 avenue nestled away.
This unit is fully furnished 3 tv’s, down to the silverware, just bring your toothbrush and clothes! You may bring a bedroom set if you have one though, but optional.
This is a bathroom condo first floor. You will have your own private parking spot as well in your own bedroom and bathroom with a TV, sheets, blanket, pillows, and everything else as like I said this is fully furnished!
The owner is a personal friend of mine for over a decade, just looking for a decent roommate here. Credit not an issue just as long as the income is there.
Will need first, last & security but thereafter only $ a month (this is negotiable) which includes everything so no extra fees or anything! Internet, TV, water, electric, all included in price.

About the roomies
I am a -year-old gay male, but look younger very cool, good looking, laid-back, a big social-light in Wilton Manors and a great cook lol. I am well like and loved in this community. I am a smoker but only outside on the patio. I am extremely clean as well.
