Hi, my name is Mitchell and I am looking for a roommate. The room is in San Jose. The monthly rent is $1535 and the room is available on October 1st.

For Rent: One bedroom w/separated bathroom in bth unit. Room has a walk-in closet. Apartment has Decent sized kitchen, gas stove/oven, microwave, A/C, balcony with storage, in-unit washer and dryer. 3rd floor unit, high ceilings, carpet floors. This property is in a great spot, the neighborhood is pretty quiet and safe. Permit parking for the property; parking is unassigned and uncovered.

The complex also includes an Amazon Hub on , a decent sized gym facility and two pools. Near Oakridge Mall, freeways, a few miles from any grocery/shopping you may need, mins away from DTSJ.

One-time $ application fee. No deposit. Lease length is flexible.

$ All-in for the rent; $/month for WiFi; PG&E: can vary a lot, The past year ranged from $/person depending on usage.

My name is Mitchell, I’m in my early s and I commute to work M-F. Outside of work, I’m a bit of a homebody, but I like to see live music and go to the movies when the budget permits. I’m into gaming, watching movies, listening to records, and catching football games. I cook a fair bit but I always keep common areas clean. I’m all about being respectful of shared spaces.
