My current housemate and I are on the lookout for a third person to join the housemate crew 🙂

About the home:
4x bedroom home in Truganina with three shared living spaces and plenty of storage.

- Comfortable furnishings
- Large kitchen and island bench with stone benchtops (with all appliances)
- Floor to ceiling tiles in all wet areas
- Upgraded sound stop plaster board
- Upgraded plush carpet underlay upstairs
- The room is fully furnished with a double bed / bedside table / desk and wardrobe
- Parking is available on the street

We split out utility bills (internet / gas / electricity and water)

Our 1 year plan we will have:
- a private accessible gym 💪
- aviary 🐦
- enclosed Outdoor entertainment 🍸

We are after an age bracket of preferably non smoker, respectful of the home and fellow housemates 🙂
no cats or dogs 🐕 due to housemate allergies.
