Hey! I have the master bedroom of my 2 bed apt available. It’s only short term as the lease ends in march, but if things go well renewal could be a conversation. My roommate is moving out so I’m missing a little bit of furniture but I have cozy couch, cute decorations and plants, a well stocked kitchen & gadgets, and 2 sweet cats (: I’m lgbtq and enjoy a clean house and healthy habits, I welcome respectful company & encourage home to feel like a safe space to exist as yourself. I currently don’t smoke but don’t mind if you do on the porch. There is a pool, grilling amenities area, gym, and 2 beautiful ponds on property. Also walking distance to shops and restaurants. If you are interested I’d love to meet in person and see if we’ll be a good fit. The price listed includes rent, water, WiFi and electric, and if preferred can be split to the exact dollar per bill but it will be roughly the number listed anyway.
