Looking to sublet a studio

Hi! I am looking to sublet/rent out my studio at Henry Gilman Apartment from October 1st - August th. The studio comes fully furnished and has in building laundry room, fitness room, and garage.
The studio is near State Street and is a -minute walk from the Memorial Library. It is on the 9th floor and includes a spacious balcony. The unit is $ per month including facilities fee(water/sewer), internet(1 Gbps) and renter’s insurance and I will provide a supplement of $ per month.
